Terms of Use
By using Faydally you agree to these terms.

The service
Faydally streams religious audio — recitation, dhikr, lectures, sermons and live broadcasts — uploaded by creators or maintained by Faydally as catalogue pages. Guest listening is metered; an account removes the limits; a pass removes advertising.
Acceptable use
Listen personally and non-commercially. Do not rip, redistribute or re-host recordings; do not interfere with the service; keep live-chat speech respectful — the majlis's adab applies online.
Creators and their work
Creators keep the rights to their recordings and grant Faydally a licence to stream them. A creator can take their own work down at any time, in whole or in part.
Catalogue pages
Some recordings are published under catalogue pages Faydally maintains, where we have not been able to identify a rights holder. We do not claim ownership of that material, we record where it came from, and we hand it over or remove it on request. This is set out in full in how we handle rights.
Reporting a problem
If work of yours is here, or something is credited to the wrong person, use the copyright page or write to [email protected]. Content that infringes rights, or that is credited wrongly, is taken down or corrected.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account's security. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You may ask us to delete your account at any time.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and correct but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
