What these numbers do not say
- They start when we started counting, not when Faydally started. Anything older is not in here.
- A median over a handful of cases is not a service level. The sample size is printed beside it for that reason.
- "Held for an owner" counts what we know we have not identified. It cannot count work we have wrongly recorded as settled.
- Nothing here says whether a decision was right — only that it was made, and when.
